CALL FOR APPOINTMENT

What to expect at our clinic

Your first visit will consist of a comprehensive Consultation, Examination and Relief Treatment-you can expect this visit to take about 30 minutes. Your doctor will then take all the information from the first visit and formulate a treatment plan most suitable for your condition. At the second visit, your doctor will explain your condition and treatment plan for getting you well as soon as possible. During the second visit you will also complete the first corrective treatment of your plan-you can expect this visit to last about 20 minutes. Regular treatment plan visits last approximately 15 minutes.

Phases of Care

In general, there are 3 phases of care in a treatment plan.

The 1st phase, Relief Care, focuses on relieving the pain that is a direct result of the dysfunction in your condition. With our methods, this phase averages about 2 weeks. Depending on the chronicity and severity of your condition, this phase may last up to 4 weeks.

The 2nd phase, Corrective or Remodeling Care, focuses on restoring function to both the muscles and the joints involved in your condition. During this phase significant mobility, flexibility and strength will be restored and compensatory movement patterns will be eliminated leaving you with the knowledge and ability to return to your activities or sport at a higher level of performance and minimal chance of re-injury. This phase may last 2-4 weeks.

The 3rd Phase, Maintenance Care, is strongly encouraged even though minimal pain or dysfunction may be present. The idea is to maintain the progress reached in the 1st and 2nd phases of care in order to maximize performance and reduce future injury cycles.

Insurance and Payment Options

AFFORDABLE HEALTHCARE
We understand that health care costs can be a barrier to getting the treatment you need. While we are in network with major health insurance providers, we also offer affordable cash payment options. Since we treat the actual source of your pain and dysfunction, our care is much more affordable and effective than other forms of healthcare that treat only the symptoms. The cost of XRAYs, MRIs, medication and surgery far outweigh the cost of conservative manual care. Please call the office to discuss fees.

Our primary goal is to get you back to your active lifestyle as soon as possible. If we are unable to improve your condition within a reasonably short amount of time, we will make the appropriate referral to another healthcare professional that can.

INSURANCE
We will be happy to submit your claims through insurance although your individual plan will ultimately decide whether insurance helps cover your costs. It is a good idea to check with your provider to determine your coverage and avoid any surprise bills. After we submit your claims to insurance, you will be responsible for any deductibles or co-pays.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept payment in the form of cash, check, credit/debit, Health Savings Account. We accept Discover, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
